Happy new year 2023 – GET YOUR WILL DONE

Each year people plan their new year’s resolutions and each year, for many people, “get will done” is on the list.  Another year has passed and, for many of us, that is one more year without a proper estate plan in place.  Please talk to an experienced attorney and get your estate in order.  For most people, with assets such as a home or financial account, a living trust is proper as that can avoid the need to go to probate court after death. For others, with more modest assets, a will and powers of attorney are enough. The key is talking to someone that knows how the California estate laws work.  Do right by your loved ones and get your affairs in order so hopefully they can avoid the need to hire a California probate attorney after your death.
