Ask your probate and estate planning questions

I get emails and phone calls every day with people having questions about California trusts, estates, probate, wills, conservatorships, guardianships and related matters. I answer most of them!  I want to help people out so feel free to drop me a line. If I can’t help you I will tell you.  Though you are not “hiring” us if I am just answering a question we do want to be your legal counsel. If you end up hiring us that’s great.

Myself and two of my associate attorneys are Certified Specialists in Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law as determined by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization. This means we passed a SECOND bar exam in addition to a rigorous background check relating to our experience, competence and ethics.

We perform all facets of trusts, estate planning and probate including but not limited to:

– Full probates

– Small estate probates

– Affidavits

– Living Trusts

– Irrevocable Trusts

– Revocable Trusts

– Wills

– Powers of Attorney for financial affairs

– Living wills and medical powers of attorney

– HIPPA releases

– Quitclaim deeds
