Solano County Probate Attorney

John Palley and his team handle probate matters throughout California from their main office in the state capitol of Sacramento.  We also have offices around the Bay Area and Southern California as well.

They handle probates at the Solano County Superior Court in the big beautiful new building – The Hall of Justice.  That is the Fairfield location at 600 Union Avenue in Fairfield, CA 94533.  The most common areas of death are the cities of Fairfield, Vacaville, Vallejo, Benicia, and unincorporated Solano county.

If you lost a loved one in the Solano County area let us help you navigate the probate court and make the process simpler for you.  We are freeway close and there is plenty of free parking!  Plus we can always meet by Skype, Zoom or the phone!  Make an appointment to see us, or talk to us on the phone, today!

Here’s a recent post from the court website that I found informative. The probate calendar is split between the old courthouse and new Hall of Justice.

Probate of Estate Cases:

Effective January 1, 2020, all probate of estate/trust matters filed in the Fairfield Court will be assigned as follows:

The Honorable JUDGE ALESIA JONES  Department 22 (Old Solano Courthouse, Fairfield Courtroom 3), Monday through Thursday at 9:00 a.m.

The Fairfield probate calendar clerk’s telephone number is (707) 207-7340.

Ex parte applications on Probate of Estate cases are heard by appointment only. If an ex parte application is necessary, please review Solano County Local Rule 7.10 on our website.
