Ms. Ruggles, a graduate from Loyola Marymount University
in Los Angeles, with a BA in Business Administration in
1986, attended the University of the Pacific, McGeorge
School of Law, receiving her Juris Doctor in 1996. She
spent the first four years of her career defending
public entities in employment disputes based on claims
of harassment, discrimination and retaliation. Ms.
Ruggles now brings her expertise to the firm in the
areas of estate planning, trust and probate
administration, and business law. She is an instructor
with the U.C. Davis Extension program and currently
teaches business law.
