John Palley is the lead probate attorney and who you will work with personally. However, other attorneys may help out to ensure your case navigates the probate process as efficiently as possible. For example, Evelyn Skall, was a probate Court attorney at the Sacramento Superior Court for over 20 years. She advised the Judges on upcoming hearings. She reviews many of our documents before filing to ensure exact compliance with the probate Court standards. Prepare yourself to be impressed with our efficiency!
