We really do probates in all counties of California and we do it well!  In most cases we do not have to ever appear in Court so we can usually stay right here at our main office in Sacramento. However, on the occasion a Court appearance is needed we can “appear” telephonically through CourtCall. This enables us to be in Court room, live, we can hear the Judge and the other attorneys, and they can hear us. It is very efficient and very green!

Also, we have affiliate attorneys throughout the state who can help when local litigation attorneys are needed for will contests, trust disputes and other related estate matters in the probate Court.
